Who knew training via zoom with a 20 pound kettle bell would tone my entire body! Training with Cheryl via zoom is the same as in person. I am not able to get away with anything and she holds you accountable! A year later and I love my results!

I have been training with Cheryl for many years and look and feel my best. After a baby and pandemic finding the time to get back in the gym was hard. Not to mention scary with everything going on. After the baby, my health wasn’t the best and I wasn’t feeling my best physically and emotionally. I decided to try virtual training with Cheryl. It has been amazing! It’s easy to find the time to workout since I don’t have to leave my home and I feel safe.

Cheryl motivates and pushes you to try your hardest and give it your best. She is very creative with workouts and is very resourceful with equipment you have at home (you don’t need much to have an amazing workout with Cheryl). I feel stronger and confident.
